I remember creating these back in the day.. Had Broly SSJ4, Goku SSJ4, and all the other characters.. I even had Vegeta SSJ3.. haha.. Now THAT was a kickass game.. Too bad I dun do it anymore.. was when I was 10, I think. :O

It was for personal use. And it wasn't hard to make. I woulda made some cash if I ever actually did try and sell it.

It's not illegal to have a rom if you have the actual game cartridge(s).

Actually, everyone ignores the "delete this in 24 hours" thing and most people don't even have the cartridges. And if it was fully illegal there'd be no such thing as EmuAsylum.

You are allowed to have a back-up of your game.

You are not allowed to get that back-up from anything other than personally creating it yourself.

You are not allowed to distribute back-ups.

Emulation is perfectly legal when it is developed from the ground-up with no backwards-engineering from the original hardware.

It is illegal to emulate a game which you do not own. Go to back to the start, do not pass "GO", do not collect $200, repeat reading downwards.
