Dragon Ball Z Budokai 2 Arcade Stick

It seems to be a bundle of Budokai 2 PS2 and a Dragon Ball Z arcade stick judging from the picture, but I don't remember ever seeing it advertised or even on a store shelf for that matter. If you click on the Wal-Mart link, you'll notice they call it "Dragonball Z 2 Arcade Stick" strangely enough. Not to mention that it's not pictured with the game and has the Item # 000000000. Has anyone actually seen these things before? It seems almost like they don't even exist.

Oh! I have one of those arcade-style controllers. They sell them at FYE. I haven't gotten to using it yet though.
