A two way split with a close up of Cell's face on one side and and a far out shot of Cell standing in the middle of the Cell Games ring, in the other.

I'm really glad they kept Capsule Corp. in it. Although the japanese writing isn't impressing me at all.

I'm surprised they left Roshi's speech about the previous Budokais. Like there is none Budokai since the 23rd and then Satan, the winner of the 24th Budokai, appears.

I think the music that was playing when that calisthenics show was on is actually an instrumental version of "Yeah!Break!Care!Break!", also the Trunks and Bulma filler at CC was hilarious!

I kinda like the filler scene at Capsule Corp., though not sure about keeping in the Budoukai explanation (though maybe they decided to keep it in Kai since for those who are watching Kai and never saw the original, it would be new information). I always get a laugh when Bulma bursts in and knocks over a bunch of characters in a comical cloud of flailing limbs. Although, yikes, the animation is really terrible in these scenes. It's the only time I can think of when Vegeta takes his shirt off and I don't want to look at him because he just looks so awful, like a flesh colored brick Bad animation episodes make me wish they had just reanimated Kai altogether....

Another reason to reanimate Kai, I think, would be to alter how Cell announces the Cell Games. "Watch the TV. I'm going to announce my tournament to the world....with a concert!" *Cell appears in a TV studio, on a stage surrounded by a band consisting of Cell Jrs. Taking the microphone, he begins to sing* "Dare demo ii! Dare demo ii! Tatakaou!" They could really incorporate those insert songs with style

Sorry but could anyone tell me what means "Dare demo ii! Dare demo ii! Tatakaou!'' in the Cell character song?

The line between Nozawa's characters was definitely blurred in this episode. In the Room of spirit and time it sounded like two adult Goku's were fighting. Other than that, a pretty standard episode.
