Yes you can wish for it.Though I think that you ahve to be a certain level first.The explanaition is that alll the playable humans have Saiyajin blood.

Yes you have to wish for it on the Dragon Balls, it's the humans super transformation ability. Nameks is Giant form and Majins is Pure Buu.

Personally,I'm very really interested in the bad guys. How much do we know about that Towa? I read something about her being the supposed mastermind behind the Dark eye organisation?
Also Piccolo Daimao may make an appearance ?

Your "Human" player character, if you chose to start as one, is originally from the future and gets sucked back in time. We don't know what age the characters are from, but Trunks takes them to the the Age 1000 to help defeat Miira. DBO takes place at least a little over 200 years after Dragon Ball ends, so there is time for the Saiyan blood to spread out, but since the "Human" players may even be from further in the future, it may not be all that improbable that most of the human race has Saiyan blood by then.

Towa? Next to nothing. She's Miira's partner, possibly a Makaioshin who created him, which may mean she is the real mastermind behind everything.

As for Piccolo Daimao, there have been hints to him in the game. His symbol is in evil Namekian areas and there was character art for his group released in the last update, but as Citrinate said earlier on the page, people seem to believe everything dealing with Daimao will be done through this new card game update thing that is coming out soon. We won't know till later.

Not ALL the humans that exist have Saiyajin blood XD Just the one you play happen to have it.

^ True, but if the game gets really popular there will be quite a few part saiyans that popped up in the span of a couple hundred years. Considering Goten's fondness for the ladies at the end of Z, I'm pegging him as the cause of all the little bastard part Saiyans running around in DBO. Think about it. If 1,000,000 part Saiyans are running around, SOMEBODY had to be... er, extending his power pole and introducing it to the women of the Dragon World.
