The select screen, everything about this Budokai 3 seems quite different. He can also select LSSJ Broly and Second Form Cooler as his character. In normal Budokai 3 we can't start with already transformed characters. Is it a Demo? Seems like so, but i never heard about this. Any clue?

Well, the title screen does say "Proto Version"... Considering how much the Budokai games get hacked by fans, I'm not sure how legit this is*, but it does look rather unpolished. It might be interesting to track this down!

* I've never heard of a Budokai 3 prototype, and apparently neither has Google. Plus, it seems odd that they would have a prototype labeled "Budokai 3" when the Budokai series had no subtitle in Japan (it was just "Dragon Ball Z.") But hey, who knows?

It can't be any kind of a mod, because well. Nobody until now can mod like that, that you can start with second form of characters without any model problems [or color/shading loss and any other problems]. Besides hacking the menu like that would be strange too.

If you look up ""budokai 3" protoversion" on Google, there's only one English link. Maybe it was a demo version or early build for website/magazine previews in Europe or something.
