Oh yeah, that happens to me too with Nappa and fanfiction.
This is happening much more often for me with Krillin.
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

It happens to me with pretty much everything, including the manga and subtitles on the Japanese versions of the shows...
This will never not be my sig:

I can't believe this is on-topic.

Speaking of filler, I wonder how Garlic Jr. is going to be handled.

Kinda hoping it'll be a thiry-minute-long special, for Halloween. But whatever they've got in mind, it'll be good.

Season 3 will most likely begin in late November, earlier December. NO PROMISES, but that's what we're aiming for. Until then, Episode of Bardock, Hellsing 3, Kai 2, and little things here and there.

I see.

Didn't know if you guys were putting Garlic Jr. in with season 3 or not.

I also completely forgot about the Kai abridged thing. That's going to be great.

That's precisely why ordinary men pursue the concept of perfection, it's infatuation. But ultimately I have to ask myself "What is the true meaning of being perfect?" and the answer I came up with was nothing. Not one thing. The truth of the matter is I despise perfection! If something is truly perfect, that's IT! The bottom line becomes there is no room for imagination! No space for intelligence or ability or improvement! Do you understand? To men of science like us, perfection is a dead end, a condition of hopelessness. Always strive to be better than anything that came before you but not perfect! Scientist's agonize over the attempt to achieve perfection! That's the kind of creatures we are! We take joy in trying to exceed our grasp, in trying to reach for something that in the end, we have to admit may in fact be unreachable!"

Abridged T'en is one of the characters I don't hear in fanfics, just because it's rare that he's written in the tone that fits that voice.
Vegeta and Piccolo don't count, as they are almost dead-ringers for Sabbat.

TFS has taken over voices whenever I have DB-related dreams, though. Why, just last night Namek was apparently one of the upper floors of a multi-floor school, with classes actually happening and Gohan getting everyone to the ship/elevator to escape planetary destruction.
And then had to go back because someone got off on the wrong floor, or took the stairs, or something.

Now I'm looking forward to Youmacon even more. Of course, it helps that I got myself a room this year, rather than trying to commute (which sucks, especially when you have to pay more for parking), and a platinum badge (so that means front of the line!).

This is just a suggestion but I think Little Kuriboh using his Malik voice (or something similar) would be a great fit for Babidi. I think it would fit really well with Babidi's character and I believe it would be a bit more original then a simple Duncan Brennan impression. Also by the time you guys get to the Majin Buu stuff it would have been a long time since LK abridged the Malik stuff in YGO so it would be a nice throw back to back then (assuming LK still isn't using Malik/Melvin for jokes by then).

You know, after watching Family Guy Friday night, I got the referential joke of Bardock's line "Oh God, it's everywhere! It's in my Dodoria wounds!" in the Bardock special. You guys and your writing are brilliant.
