How would you improve GT?

Just to end it after the first sixteen episodes would've helped. I find it a little difficult to watch after that. But some other things that would've been helpful: Somehow make Pan less annoying, somehow make Gokuh actually act like Gokuh, think of something less creepy and sci fi channel original movie-esque for the baby saga, stop bringing old vilains back to life, more Uub, and for goodness sake never give Vegeta a mustache.

My list is a little more practical and has to do mostly with the whole "Toriyama not working on the series" thing. I only accept what that man made and nothing else when it comes to the canonicity of GT. I never want to hear a fellow fan say that GT is canon. That would be dishonest and make most of us look bad to the rest of the non fans. That's what it all goes back to, right? Not looking bad in front of the non fans?

Seriously, they don't like the show, so fuck them.

Incidently, I love GT. =D Though I'll admit it needs improvement.

Lesse..

- I love the scenes with Goten during the Super 17 arc. I wanted more like that.

- More Gohan and Goten in general. Incidently, less focus on Goku. He was the main character in Dragon Ball and DBZ. Let the others shine.

- Have Final Shine Attack actually do damage and be used more. It looked awesome and I loved it, but I wanted to see it more.

- Have only Vegeta's mustache appear once, for Bra to say she hates it. That scene killed me, but the mustache... Ew.

- B DEMAND MORE SSJ4 GOGETA. >:(

That's all I can think of for now.

I would of made it so that the Evil Dragon's all target the person who made the wish from which they were born from. So Oceanus Shenron would fly around looking for Oolong, Nouva Shenron would go looking for Piccolo ect. So instead of Goku killing everything himself, Gohan, Goten, Trunks ect would all have to go find a Dragon each to protect their friends from being killed by them.

Goku wouldn't have gone SSJ4 until the Evil Dragon Saga. He would of beat Baby as SSJ3 instead.

Gil doesn't exist.

Pan is in GT the same amount as Bra is.

It would take place only a year after DBZ. So all the characters look the same. Kid Goten ect.

Android 17 gets wished back. ;_;

Gotenks is involved at some point.

Gohan is still "Mystic".

I didn't mind the plot of GT too much. I would change a few things.

I'm all for Goten changing his hair, but not into that. x.x
Vegeta's moustache would be so funny if used better in the humour. Definately have him go SSJ with it.
Give Gohan some dignity back. Trunks needs a boost up from nerd status too.

And yes...please...gimme more Gogeta.
And I agree wholeheartedly with giving the other characters more of a role. I mean, we've already had one series to watch Chibi Goku run around, that's not what we're looking for here.

15 years? No. GT took place 5 years after Z.

Dubs are not the best source for information.

Either a Daizenshuu or Perfect File placed the gap for five years, and that's about as official as you're gonna get.

We never said it made sense, but unfortunately that's the way it is. The ten year thing was a "fan made idea".

They don't look fourteen, do they? I've never seen a fourteen year-old that resembles Pan in anyway. 9 or 10 suits her just fine.

For me, Pan seems more like a short young teen than a child.
And that 10 yrs idea, I didn't make it. I read it on mags and heard it on the series.

I never said you personally made that idea. Yes it's been said in some magazines too, as I said, it became a fairly common and accepted "fan belief". And you may have heard it in the dub, but that's incorrect. I never rely on the dubs of DB because there has been a lot changed or added that isn't true. I think where the original belief came from was fans remembering the part in DBZ when the narrator stated it had been ten years since the defeat of Majin Buu and mixing GT up with that.

What Jers means is that, at the end of DBZ, they cut ahead ten years to show Goten as 17 and such, and that's where DBZ ends. GT takes place 5 years after THAT.

I really wouldn't take dubs and fan magazines as the truth over the Daizenshuu and Perfect Files. =/

Does the narrator, on the original Japanese version, say it's been 5 years?
The GT dub, here, is pretty much a direct translation from the original, if I'm not wrong. And the whole series is totally uncut. Strange, huh?..
