Well, here's something called "High Grade Revival". The SSj Vegeta is new, but the other figures are repaints of selections from past sets.

Re: Mike's Upcoming JPNS Toy Releases Thread
Does anyone think there's any chances of any of the regular figure-manufacturing companies releasing really nice figures for ssjg Goku and Beerus? TuT
Like maybe either around the time the home release comes out, or closer to the holiday season? Because CDJapan doesn't sell those BOG blind boxes and I haven't seen any listings for that Shodo company's ssjg Goku individually (I'd also rather have one that's less action-figure-y than Shodo's; something more decorative, but not welded into a background like the limited edition blu-ray and DVD's figure is.).

Well, I might get two regular Goku Figuarts whenever Bandai decides to finally release it, and I want to paint one with the Super Saiyan God colors. Maybe even a third for Kaioken against my Vegeta Figuarts I just got the other day.Chuquita wrote:Does anyone think there's any chances of any of the regular figure-manufacturing companies releasing really nice figures for ssjg Goku and Beerus?
Speaking of which, has nobody else here seriously gotten it yet?

Re: Mike's Upcoming JPNS Toy Releases Thread
Yeah, my Vegeta arrived this past Saturday. I get every Figuarts, sometimes multiples. =P
If you don't care about the form's intended muscle changes then of course you can paint it and have it look pretty close. Still, the hair wouldn't have that quasi Super Saiyan look for the bangs. I wouldn't waste money on one for the Kaio-ken though. The way they like their repaints for SDCC exclusives, we very well may see an Arlia Vegeta next year and a Kaioken Goku the year after. =P

Painting has never really been my artistic strong suit, unfortunately. I'd be too worried about messing up. I think I'll just hang in there for now and hope that one of the companies releases a nice ssjg Goku figure while my interest is still there.

Re: Mike's Upcoming JPNS Toy Releases Thread
I found this on the TK forums, S.H Figuarts Shenron.
I'm betting that they use the Dragreder mold for Shenron.
Edit: #17 S.H Figuart is shown as well.

I'm hoping Buu and Cell's other forms will get a S.H Figuart soon. Super Buu 3 aka Buuhan (or whatever you want to call him) or Kid Buu will be the forms from Buu that I would buy.

Hell yeah! Normal Goku is released early next year!
Was waiting so long, and I'm guessing and hoping it's around March or April.

FINALLY. Now Figuarts Luffy won't be so lonely on my shelf.
Really, though, he should've been the first one to be released.

Re: Mike's Upcoming JPNS Toy Releases Thread
I took Bluefin survey on their FB page and ask people on Dragon Ball figure they want to see next. It looks like SSj4 Goku is listed down, I guess GT figures can be possible despite GT being not very popular with fans. If Battra and the Heisei Godzilla monsters can get MA figures despite not being popular with most fans then anything is possible. I do think they should give us more DBZ figures before jumping on the GT and movie characters.

The BoG set looks great! I don't usually collect mini figures but I might pick up a few here.
Also, at first glance, I thought the clothes on the SSJ Vegeta figure was removable... damn.
