I've completely given up on getting box 2 and 4. Just the other day I thought I'd hit a lucky streak. because my buddy told me he knew a guy that was selling box 2 that's never been opened for 60 bucks. Now I knew 2 things. 1. it was stolen. or 2. he's full of it. well it turned out the guy lied to my friend and actually had box 6. lol and he was asking 40 bucks for it lol I'm so happy I got 1,3,6 and 7 when I did. I'm gonna get part 5 just as soon as I can. Just pray it doesn't go out of stock haha

I already own Dragon Box 2 so this would've been my supplemental Dragon Box 2 and regarding the Orange Bricks being better, er.. they're most definitely not. The picture quality is horrible.

Why don't you try explaining how the Orange Bricks are better than the Dragon Boxes.

The Dragon Boxes have just the Japanese soundtrack whereas the Orange sets have the Japanese soundtrack and the vastly superior Faulconer soundtrack.

It's widescreen rather than 4:3 so you can the most of it on a big TV. It has a bit of cropping but nothing to cry about for 99% of fans.

Much better value for money being about half the price for mostly the same thing.

Less grain and the packaging of the sets just look better.

Season 2 of the Orange sets doesn't have Faulconer though (it has Johnson), and cropping anything is a terrible idea, whether it be 16:9 to 4:3 or 4:3 to 16:9. If you want a 4:3 TV show to fill your 16:9 TV, that's why the TV remote has the "zoom" button.

I never said anything about season 2 specifically and seasons 3+ do have the Faulconer score while no Dragon Box sets do.

The cropping wasn't that much of a loss and even gained a bit on the sides. I have a 40 inch TV and would rather it take up the entire screen than it be the smaller 4:3 just so I can see more of the sky.

The show is exactly the same on both sets but one has an extra soundtrack (the better one) and is a hell of a lot cheaper.
