Early power levels make the character strength downright terrifying.
If 300 is enough to bust the moon, 150 million easily sounds like a galaxy buster doesn't it?
Moon's mass = 7.3477 × 1022 kg (0,012300 Earths).
Sun's mass = 1.9891×1030 kg (333.000 Earths).
So, if a power level of 300 is enough to destroy the moon, using simple math ((333000 x 300) / 0,012300), it would require a power level of 8.121.951.219,5 to destroy the sun.
Our galaxy, the milky way, has around 400 billion stars, many of which bigger than our sun. And in Dragon Ball there's only 4 galaxies in the universe, so the north galaxy might be even bigger than the milky way.
So the numbers to actually destroy a galaxy in one attack, especially considering the amount of empty space that the attack would have to cover, are just too big, at least using real numbers. If we forget about the real numbers and just focus on the simple logic of dragon ball, then its possible, but the earliest reference to a solar system buster is Super Perfect Cell who is much stronger than 150 million (Namek SSJ Goku) so, even in Dragon Ball, it requires much more than 150 millions to destroy a galaxy.
