I like this design but isn't it... impractical? Those bangs are the precise thing that Gohan discouraged Videl from having in her hairstyle if she wants to fight.
Other then that it's probably the best adult Pan I've ever seen - maybe you want to make a short comic featuring her ?

I have a feeling characters like Vegeta, Piccolo and Kuririn are turning out better because I have over 10 years of experience of drawing them whereas characters like the Red Ribbon folks, Oolong and Puar I've drawn way less.

Yeah the blue dude is one of my favorite characters so that probably seeped through, not intentionally though
