I think we will sooner then we think. I'm betting DBH was one of the reason why she got made in the first place. Bandai needs new character and most likely ask AT to make a new character. AT most likely Gine enough to put her in the upcoming special chapter.

I think it's likely we'll see her eventually, but I'm not sure if it will be soon. She's technically not a Dragon Ball charatcer, she's a Jaco character. Back during that roundtable interview with the Dragon Ball artists Yoshito (the Heroes representative) had this to say about Jaco himself, and I'm not sure if he expects to see him in-game or not:

Well, they have added Kuriza which technically is not a Dragon Ball Character. They also had Arale and Obotchaman back in Dragon Ball Battlers (or was it W Bakuretsu Impact?).

I guess that with time all of those characters (including Neko Majin Z and Onion) could make an appearance in the game.

If the characters are link to Dragon Ball then they are welcome to join Heroes. It would be funny if they throw in a Dragon Quest character as a guest character .

I'm aware about the previous inclusions and Kurieza's current addition. That's why I said we'll probably see them, just maybe not soon for Jaco or Gine. Because I'm not talking about them just not being added to Heroes because they don't come from a series with Dragon Ball in the title. I'm talking about the legal issues at hand. Even being owned by the same companies, there would still be some internal hoops to jump through in terms of paperwork.

Been browsing Japanese blogs now that Sakyo Jump is officially out and more fans have it to post about the contents. Of course I can't confirm any of it since I don't have the magazine and can't read Japanese anyway, but here is what I've found that can be considered new.

--The distribution of cards (in terms of commons, uncommons, rares, etc.) suggest yet another double SEC for JM3.

---JM3 will contain another set of the Dimensional Transfer campaign cards:

• SS3 Goku summons SS3 Broli
  SS3 Vegeta summons Ozaru Vegeta (Maybe King Vegeta, two sites as reference, one didn't say king on it.)
  SS3 Trunks (Adolescent) summons Hildegarn
  SS Bardock summons Ozaru Bardock
  SS Vegetto summons Majin Buu (Pure)
  Mecha Coola summons Mecha Coola (Core)
  Dr. Raichi summons Hatchihyack (Giant)
  Birus Summons Goku (Super Saiyan God )

Hmm, some of those pairs are certainly... interesting. Also the possibility of two SEC's? Now I shall build hope that I made a lucky guess and a new Buu absorption actually is coming, along with SS3 Vegetto.

I'm not trying to burst your bubble, but we've never gotten two new forms or characters as SECs in the same set. It is possible that they could throw us a curve ball, and I wouldn't be against it or anything. I'm just saying that history isn't working in your favor. lol

Yeah, haha. It's nice to dream though. I just really feel like they should keep dipping their feet a bit. If they want to continue pushing Heroes like they are, that kind of stuff would really work in their favour.

How? This isn't like they introduced Bebi Janenba with SS3 Gogeta or something. Kurieza has existed for like a decade. There is nothing new about him, other than his introduction to the game.

It's okay, but yeah, that's what I meant. Otherwise, they would have counted as double additions back when they introduced Bio-Broli alongside SS3 Broli's return before the Galaxy Missions even started.

Do note, I've only been talking about the new characters/forms as the SECs of the set, there is always the chance that we could get them as just regular cards (which would have been one of the previously mentioned curveballs). This option isn't unheard of, as they have done it a couple of times before:
SS3 Gogeta
Super Saiyan 3 Future Gohan and Trunks (same set)
Super 17 w/ 16 absorbed
GT Gotenks and SS GT Gotenks (same set)
SS3 GT Gotenks

That's Beat, the male avatar...and he's drawn horribly. The larger scan includes Kagyu and part of Kabra's new designs too. One of the females should be on that page if we get to see the rest of it any time soon. Mostly Buu Arc Kai related, but this image from ANN will have to do for now though:

Looks like Yamamuro's work, and if I'm correct, then I'm not surprised by the terrible quality.

Also, Kai's return to television is probably why this next card set is focusing on Buu. Wonder if that info leak from a couple months ago was from someone who knew Kai would be replacing Toriko and took a guess at the set's contents? Irrelevant, but interesting.
