Oh wow those Dragon Ball season bricks that I ordered two of them came brand new factory sealed while the other was already open (it was stated as used).

Ah damn.. on the back it says "FUNimation Green" so none of them have it. Oh well I'll just list them on eBay UK. I gave it a shot and it didn't work out so screw it not bothering buying the bricks blindly in hope of having the booklets included.

All of the bricks have the FUNimation Green logo. I bought them as they were released (with the booklets) and the logo is on all of them. It's referring to the fact that the boxes are made of recycled materials.

Thanks for that info Freeza Soldier but considering Season 3's lacking the booklet I'm not going to go out of my way of buying another copy of it for a booklet that has info and pics that are on the internet, although it's a cool collectible.

DVD releases of DBZ S9 and GT S2, just for the purpose of the booklets (I have Z 1-8 books and GT book 1 so just need the last two of each).

While I'm not going to buy the DB Seasons again I'd still like to have them so if anyone would like to sell them please PM me.

It's some version of Daizenshu 1. Though I've never personally seen that cover. So I can't help much.

Or a bootleg. I've never seen a reproduction of Daizenshuu 1 that didn't have the Shenlong pattern on the cover but, then again, I've only seen three. Though, since the French Daizenshuu 7 didn't have it, it can still be an official release.
Filled with chinese characters and weak-looking paper? I don't know.

So, Family Mart convenience stores are doing prize drawings (620 yen a pop) in celebration of the manga's 30th Anniversary next month.

On my first try, I got this nifty towel:

To be honest, though, I was angling for the "F" prize. I may have to try again.

Dragon Ball Season 1
Dragon Ball Season 2
Dragon Ball Season 3
Dragon Ball GT Season 2
Dragon Ball Z Season 9

Gah, I promised myself I wouldn't buy the bricks but I did it solely for the booklets (hopefully they'll all have it) and afterwards they'll be sold on eBay.

I'll certainly be watching DBZ Season 9 with the Faulconer score for some of its memorable episodes, like Super Saiyan 3 Goku.

You can just download the booklets on FUNimation's Dragon Ball website. You'd have a hard time finding any with the booklets because FUNimation discontinued them a very long time ago.

Besides, they're really nothing special at all. Also, the "Super Saiyan 3?!" episode is on the Season 8 DVD.

Yeah; the episode breakdown for the bricks can be found here, dbboxkaifan: http://dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/FUNima ... d_Box_Sets. Specifically, season nine starts with 254, in which Mark is shot and Evil (grey) Boo forms.

Oh it's on season 8? Ah, well, no biggie.

I like the physical booklets for collection purposes.
