Didn't the original Buu get weaker from absorbing the Supreme Kai? Just because absorbed characters are powerful doesn't mean Buu automatically get their power added to his. Maybe Vegeta somehow restrains Buu or something.

From what I've seen, your only problem with BoG is crazy power levels.

I doubt you'd like Multiverse if you're willing to dislike BoG for that reason.

Well that was one reason in several of things that I didn't like in BoG... But, yeah...Even though I like Broly, I don't see how he could be on par with SSJ2/3 Vegetto seems like a crazy fanboyish thing, but I think I may start reading this without care about those little things, the main manga art is pretty nice although

DBM began in 2008 while BoG came out in 2013 so it would be difficult to include it without rewriting all of DBM. I think that's the only reason it isn't canon here. If BoG was released first then I'm sure it would've been included in DBM.

Yeah I guess it would depend on what he considers canon to the manga. He didn't include the Tarble special but I think that was because we all assumed it was a non-canon special. It wasn't until Battle of Gods that we found out Tarble exists in the manga.

If he had the intelligence to catch him off-guard, he would succeed, what else? Vegetto only managed not to get absorbed because he knew about his ability. He absorbed Kaioshins in the past too, it wouldn't be too different.
