Krillin fought and helped agaisnt Freeza who was much stronger than that even in his first form.

Doesn't quite answer my question because Goku is injured right now and dying, someone should go get that senzu.

It actually shows great attention to detail because until Bulma decides to make some extra armors like that right before the cell games, vegeta shouldn't have any other armor besides that one.

Oh I know she makes one for him later but I still find it funny seeing him fight with a big hole in the chest piece is all. It's half the fun of his segments in the Garlic Jr saga.

You don't know if Goku getting injured happened in this version of the movie. As for Krillin's level, I think my previous response was adequate.

The "official" (...from a magazine, or movie pamphlet, or something like that) power levels for Cooler's minions don't quite work anyway, what with Sauza/Salza/Thauser/whatever-the-hell-his-name-is seeming to be the strongest of them by far in the movie but then randomly being ranked below Dore according to the power levels. Didn't he have an actual fight with Piccolo? As in, "at least 1,000,000+ range" Piccolo, since this is after Freeza? And he's supposed to have a power level of 200,000ish or less... yeah, right...

He's also supposed to be substantially weaker than Gohan by those levels, even though he took out Gohan with one kick.

So..in this universe, Cooler 4th form is much stronger, rather than being in 4.000.000 level

On this page Goku kinda looks like what adult SSJ2 Gohan could have looked like if they had kept his design close to his Cell Saga self.

I think that this Cooler is actually just as strong as the one in the movie. It's just that, from what we've seen in the special so far, this Goku never got shot by Cooler at the beginning while trying to save Gohan. Except this time though, they were sensed when they showed up to Earth and the Z fighters weren't caught off-guard. So this might be Pre-Zenkai SSJ Goku (Yardrat) facing Cooler. What I think will happen is this Goku gets beaten up badly, then everyone else has to stall for time as someone goes and give a senzu to Goku, then Goku gets a Zenkai, and then THAT'S the same SSJ Goku we see beating up Cooler in the movie and ends up winning the battle.
