Seriously now, I know what you mean. Senbei could create crazy things, but couldn't fix a radar... Well, maybe because Bulma used different technology, in which Senbei wasn't familiar with?

The multipliers given by the Super Exciting Guides were x50 for Super Saiyan, double that for Super Saiyan 2, and quadrupedal Super Saiyan 2 for Super Saiyan 3 (so x50 base, x100 base, and x400 base, respectively). But whether you accept these values or not is up to you.
