Right. At least, you can to do so in other ArcSys fighting games that have dub: GGXrd -Sign-, BlazBlue CT/CS/CP, P4A/AU

Each character will have only one costume, but different palletes, because to do new costumes for characters is quite hard for their engine.

We know almost nothing about her. She is Android #21. She is smart as Dr.Gero was. She restored #16. That is all we know about her bio.

This was already explained, my point is that I thought different palletes would serve in situations where players choose the same characters, but this video proves otherwise.

Oh, Now I see. See the first fight of that video. It looks like both players was using same pallete of Vegeta. I'm not a colorblind, but it looks the same.
