Note that this is a rough draft, so the line work and shapes aren't as tight as they would be in a final drawing...

Maybe Vegeta should be falling back more like this?

Both look pretty actiony to me. I guess it depends what you want. The second one definitely conveys more force, like Vegeta's been knocked right off his feet. The first is like he's been hit, but is standing his ground. I don't think that's 'wrong' either.
