Agreed. If he defeats this copy of Buu, another one will just forms from the surrounding "material"

Pretty good so far, from what i understand, Super Buu is on par with Fat But (with evil essence) non-SSJ Vegeta sholdnt make Super Buu that much stronger.
Its stated directly in the manga that Super Buu is much stronger than Fat Buu (with evil essence).
Also, Goku expected Gotenks to be able to beat Fat Buu but he never expected Gotenks to reach SSJ3. Which puts SSJ3 Gotenks at a much higher level than Fat Buu. And yet he was only slightly stronger than Super Buu.
Goku really shouldn't be able to hold his own against Super Buu or Buugeta.
Yes, i just checked, and you are right about Super Buu power, still, Buu might just toy with Goku, thinking he have situation under control, now that he moved Goku away from his head and absorbed Vegeta. That's stupid and he shouldn''t do that and finisz his opponent right away? Dragon Ball logic

I'm more curious to see if this special simply ends with Goku getting absorbed or will we see Super Buu go out and kill the Kaioushins.

It's kind of funny. SO many bad decisions were made in the Buu Saga. Makes me think that U18 and U16 diverged from Buu winning instead of the other way around.

I wouldn't say that Super Buu is stronger than Fat Buu with his evil. It's just that Fat Buu never actually digs deep into that power unless he's mad, while Super Buu is running on all cylinders.
But just having an increase in intelligence here is a big deal too.

Wasn't that addressed last page, with Goku saying that he couldn't sense where the pods were, or blow through the walls?

He is doomed. He can't run and he can't win. All he can do is go down fighting, so Buu can hang his head like a trophy on the wall.

Gee it doesn't say he can't fly or try to find them, like I said. Anything is better than fighting a losing battle, which he is doing.

They didn't know how Fat Buu worked. They were talking about how much power he had displayed so far; we never saw him max out. But we've reasoned out the implications before.
It's true that his fighting physique was better though.

u18 is the regular Z timeline, and u16 is the same except Vegettp never unfused and kills Buu that way.
I think this universe (where Buu wins) is U8

You're rationalizing things to fit what you prefer. Piccolo's statement was expositional. He stated that Super Buu was stronger in every aspect and he stated that to the benefit of the reader, so that the reader knows that.

Do you think SPC could blow away the solar system with his kamehameha?

Of course. It was also expositional to give a sense of scale to the reader and never contradicted.
If you are worried about how that would work in-universe, remember that Cell only had to direct his Kamehameha to the sun to effectively destroy the solar system (kind of like Freeza destroying Namek's core and Namek still being destroyed).
