Vegeta. I mean earlier on when Kakaroto was attacking Raditz the latter felt sorry for his younger brother because his madness stemmed from near-complete isolation his entire life. Raditz knows that Vegeta doesn't care for anyone else and Nappa is basically following Vegeta (despite the prince not caring about him either). Kakaroto though just needs more guidance and such, and if Raditz becomes stronger than his younger brother than he can give him what he needed most: a companion.

So yeah Raditz doesn't like to show it, but he cares a lot for his younger brother (probably stemmed from Bardock).

Raditz is quite nice here, I actually like it.
I wonder if Raditz could actually be pushed over SSJ3 Vegeta level with this power up.

If Raditz were to take Vegeta out, would he even need to kill Nappa? I mean, Nappa's loyal to him, but if Raditz overpowers him I'd imagine that he could keep him in check. Then again, he may not want to be bothered with Nappa at all...

The only real issue I see with this powerup is that it may not be enough to actually take Vegeta down. Veggie's an SSJ3-level opponent and Raditz only has his Oozaru state. Would Old Kai's magic really be enough to not only close the gap, but give Raditz an edge?

Of course, why would Old Kai care about happenings not in his universe?

Why wouldn't he? Just because we can't see genocide and slavery doesn't mean that those things are not happening. We don't want to just not care about those things, do we?

I'm almost positive that XXI can't harm inorganics. XXI needs a counter if he could put Vegetto in his place so easily, and seeing as how #18 keeps winning fights she shouldn't, I'm going with that continuing.
Too bad for #18 that she isn't "inorganic" in the least. She's not a fully mechanical robot like #16 is, her body is still something like 99% organic human.

Unless XXI's magic works by using the opponent's ki against them and he can't make use of the Androids' artificially generated/enhanced ki (that you can't sense like normal ki)... that might be a possibility, considering how he's able to send away one of the strongest characters. Would be kinda interesting to have someone whose abilities are actually weaker when used against weaker opponents and don't work at all on someone that they can't sense the power of.

Really? XXI is quite clearly the major villain or at least one of the major villains. It wouldn't make sense for him to be disqualified by #18.

What about the most awesome character of the manga - super buu? He should put XXI in perfect place

"Bugger off" is an interesting choice of slang...

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke
Herms wrote:The fact that the ridiculous power inflation is presented so earnestly makes me just roll my eyes and snicker. Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

got a feeling since it looks like they r getting close to the end of the chapter that either XXI will have trouble defeating her making a new a chapter or he will defeat within the next page or two. Or maybe the majin thing will come into play during this battle

Apparently Ksii is so unattractive he turned her off completely.

That joke was better than the page.

Darn it! Looks like we'll have to deal with this old mage a little longer than I expected. Someone just need to finish him off and then we can proceed with the main plot.
