It really bugs me when people for some reason can't finish the word "Kamehameha" and leave off the last "-ha."

It doesn't bother me as much now since the PT dub does that sometimes. But hearing someone do it just makes me want to scream the last "-ha" into their ears.

Somehow I'm more irritated when people leave off the entire "hame" part and just say "Kameha".

It doesn't bother me. Unless it's Masako. I hate when people say the Masakoha. Sounds so weird. At least Kameheme"ha" sounds proper or some-what normal. Not to mention Nozawa these days doesn't say Kamehame"ha" correctly no more.

That would be our very own 'TheGmGoken'. Regardless, it still belongs here...purely on the basis that I have
no idea what he's trying to say.

That was a huge overreaction.
The biggest truths aren't original. The truth is ketchup. It's Jim Belushi. Its job isn't to blow our minds. It's to be within reach.

Oh dear. I just don't get it, is he trying to say that the manga was only called DragonBall. I guess he's right about that.

It's the first arc of DragonBall, it spans roughly episodes 1-13. I don't think it was in the manga, a lot of it anyway.

Yes, it was in the manga. It was the first 23 chapters that introduced us to Goku, Blooma, Kamesennin, Oolong, Yamucha, and Pu'erh. It just didn't have as much of an emphasis on Pilaf.

Sorry I've been more focused on Z and GT, I've only read volume 1 of DragonBall and seen a few episodes of the show. He never showed up in volume one so I assumed he was added into the anime.

I don't recall Pilaf showing up until after the Rabbit Gang chapter(s). I like it better in the anime with Pilaf there from damn near the beginning.

He doesn't show up until they reach his base, no. But the story arc itself is largely the same.

I know that. I was referring to the fact he called it the Pilfar arc instead of Pilaf.

Love how he treats the fact that Broly lost to 3 SSJ in Movie 10 as a mistery but says he's as strong as a SSJ3. Just how much does that guy like Broly?
