U6 Saiyans are different from U7 Saiyans on a genetic level, so they could age differently. Cabba, Caulifla and Kale looking so young might just be a quirk of U6 Saiyans.
I'm just going to go with them being late teens, early 20's though.

Episode 93 seems to be pretty interesting: Goku recruiting Freeza on Hell and Kale becoming LSSJ, looking forward to it.

Yamcha, we have the guy expecting the call in the anime and the ilustration made by Toyo. Freeza, we have those sumaries and his official ilustration with the US poster pose.

I give 5% to Boo, 10% to Yamcha and 85% to Freeza.
Didn't though about that, but it seems the writers could be playing with us on that "Who is the 10th member" thing

I hope we see transformed Kale in the NEP.
That'd be a crazy NEP, "LSSJ" Kale and Freeza.

I'm mostly fine with Cabba and the girls. Maybe it's true they look too young, but I can live with that.

What bothered me a bit were those saiyans that looked like greasers and even Renzo dressed like in Japan. I don't know, they look like earthlings. I thought they were going to be more in tone with Cabba's style.

I still think she transforms off screen and we just see the surprised look on Cabba with some light from her Ki glaring.

That must be why the Saiyans in their universe look so tame compared to U7. The Saiyans here are more muscular and aggressive looking than the meek slender ones in U6.

Battle of Gods - ~One year after the Buu memory erasure wish. Two if considering Wrath of the Dragon canon. (narrator says "some more time passes"
ResF - One year later, confirmed because Pan's age. Also, all three wishes can be used, so at least enough time has passed for the ball's to recharge. All three wishes are used
Uni 6 - One year later, one wish is used.
Future Trunks aftermath - One year later. It's been a year since Goku and Hit last met, the ball's have recharged. One wish is used before Shenron times out.
Tournament of Power - Shenron hasn't been summoned as of yet

Based on this, we're currently only four years post-Buu. Trunks would be 12, Goten would be 11.
The BOG and ROF stuff still takes place in Age 778 and Age 779. In XV2, the Champa saga is set in Age 779 and I would imagine the Future Trunks saga & the Universal Survival Arc are both in Age 780. We have four years to go before Goku leaves with Uub. I feel like this would be our last story set in Age 780 before we do another time skip.

Not quite. Someone did the math awhile back and for the timeline to work the Champa arc has to be in December 779, which means the USA arc is in either December 780 or early 781. The 28th Tenkaichi Budokai is in May 784, so we have about 3 and a half years. Not that big of a difference from 4 years, but still.

Freeza's interaction with Goku is what peaks my interest. Freeza has so much venom and hate towards Goku. I've always said that Goku's naivety could one day be his downfall.

The U6 stuff and Kale is only interesting to me because we don't get female saiyans at all normally.

Yamcha.

Don't understand what's so strange about the idea. If master roshi can be there then I don't see why the possibility of Yamcha being there is so out landish just because he is a meme.

This is the same world where Monaka, Mr big nipple man, can win the U6 tournament. It was out of pity but he still won.

I don't say this necessarily wanting Yamcha either. I just notice they spend quite a bit of time on his "waiting for an invite" bit. Could be absolutely nothing, but still, I just wonder.

Hit made Monaka win. That has nothing to do with this tournament.

I wish they didn't keep showing Yamcha if they weren't going to use him. I didn't mind him appearing in the ep Bra was born since I thought it was a one-off thing, but then they kept showing him for two more episodes and I think he's in next weeks as well since we still see Puar/Roshi's gag in the preview. Now it's just like they're running a joke into the ground for no reason.

Even in sagas where Yamcha never fought like the Buu arc he wasn't treated like that.

Regardless of how he won, he still won. That's the point, the how doesn't even matter. I'm just saying characters you don't expect to come out on top can do so depending on whatever the whims of the author are. If Yamcha wins because Goku and jiran knock each other out then that's just the way it goes.

But this is all speculative. No point in even arguing about it.

One Piece comparsion is irrelevant to Dragon Ball
That was just so Goku and the other young characters got up to adulthood. The same thing they later did with the other main character Gohan. It's not so important for Goten or Trunks because they aren't that important.

There's not so much of a need for it now. They chose this time period in the first place because the characters were starting to become too old.

The audience doesn't need to grow up with the cast anymore because they're all older than the fan base by a decade or more.
But they were important. Buu saga devoted quite the attention to their potential. Let's not act like nonsense stuff in Super overwrites everything that came before. Goku fathered 2 kids so of course he kissed a woman in his life, Goten & Trunks are strong characters with lots of potential, etc. etc.

Preview Pic is out(See Animation Catalog thread), and we see Frieza in his Golden Form, basically should be a given he accepts in joining Team U7.

Super put no focused on Goten and Trunks so the audience is not invested in them growing up or growing with them. And the Buu Saga was decades ago, so what it set up or didn't set up is moot. Especially since Gohan was set up to be the hero of that saga and we know how that ended.

And you don't need to kiss a woman to father kids. Not sure why that's so hard to wrap your head around.

Goku barely took a backseat in the Buu saga, at best he took a leisurely stroll round back while everyone else cried for him to come back.

That's a pretty dumb plot point for Toei to say Goku has never kissed his own wife as far I'm aware that isn't true to me. It's pretty much in the same league with GT (non canon) because Goku has definitely kissed ChiChi.

The same joke was in the manga, it was probably Toriyama.
