Added the BGM for episode 004 (22 Individual Pieces / 20 Recycled Pieces)!

I'm really hoping they start introducing more new music per episode from here on out... and use that Rocky theme more (the full version)!!

This seems to be a remix of Bolero.

DBK_BGM_012 is pretty close to the song A Man Called C.
DBK_BGM_011 sound like something from out of Star Wars.

I have already started episode 4's BGM's.
Gohan: "You're a Buddhist." Kuririn: "A hungry Buddhist!"

Rambo,

If you wanted to, you could come up with fan names for the Kai pieces, to make them easier (for the other fans) to remember. I find numbers difficult to keep up with.
(If you do, I'm dying to say it: you could call the "Rocky"-sounding piece "Gonna Bukujutsu Now", or some such DragonBall pun on "Gonna Fly Now".)
BGM forever! If only more people paid attention to it... well, I intend to change that.

Yeah, I do plan on that when I make a master list of each song listed in order of appearance. I'll include which episodes it was used in and a fan-title, and I'll probably keep my number system as well, just because it is what I have become familiar with. The main reason I've held off on naming the songs myself, is because I'm sure we'll see at least some of these tracks get a CD release, and I want to use as many officially given names from CDs and other releases as possible, so as to limit confusion.

And great idea with "Gonna Bukujutsu Now"! I'll definitely use that title for that piece, if you don't mind.

Very nice! Wish there was a professional recording of the two songs like that now.

Anyway, my favorite part of the Kai soundtrack is how reminiscent it is to the early Budokai games, like many others have already listed. The music has been done beyond the expectations I had beforehand (which were low, to be cautious of course), but hopefully it just continues to get better from this point on.

Over on you tube I happened to find this video, the full version of Dragon Soul.
Seems to be caught on a hidden camera in while Takayoshi Tanimoto were Practicing? Anyways, don't know if you guys have seen it already, of if someone already posted this info before, but if not, well then check it out!

By the way, if you guys notice at the middle of the song, it kinda sounds like the beggining of Cha-la head cha-la...interesting... 8)

Here`s for download, it should hold us up while we wait for the single to come out

Holy craps, that's neat! I mean, the practice session sounds pretty off-key, and goodness knows if this is legal or anything, but I hope the video doesn't get taken off YouTube.
Heh... "GYARU no PANTII o kure" :) That was random.

Wow, I'm surprised this thread isn't full of "Boooooo, Kai suuuuucks".

I love the Music in Kai!! God, I hope we get a soundtrack release!!
The Music is all really good, ESPECIALLY Son's death scene... it actually brought a tear to my eye even though I KNEW it was coming.

I added the BGM for episode 005 (18 Individual Pieces / 18 Recycled Pieces). Sadly, no new pieces (unless if I missed something).

Weird... I think I've heard this song in Digimon as well. Maybe one of the movies.

EDIT: Found it.

Haha... yeah, I remember that scene in Movie 1 where he's chasing after the egg. Bolero plays.
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
