Definitely Marvel Ultimate Alliance! A team of four fighting off villains, I can just picture Piccolo, Kuririn, Gohan, and Tenshinhan fighting Nappa and so on. It could be brilliant!

I think you'd need to cut it down to a two-man team like the Justice League game modeled on MUA. Even then, there's not that many team fights.

I think a reskin of Marvel Ultimate Alliance featuring various Jump characters would be better. You could still make an all DB team, but you could also do other great Jump teams (Squad 7 and Team Uremeshi for example). You could also make mix and match teams, like a swordsman team featuring Trunks, Hiei, Ichigo, and Zoro.
