It's somewhat better than Linda Young which... really isn't saying much. I'm kinda disappointed. I was expecting a more complete departure from the old voice type. :/

Yeah. But, that's kinda disappointing. Oh well. At least Freeza will be Freeza with his dialouge at least.

Really? Just... really? Out of all the voices Chris has, they... they decided to... imitate the old Freeza!?

Welp! *Throws his hands up.* I'm done. I can admit, my good faith in the new voice was misplaced. It hurts too. Fuckin' sucks, really.
I will laugh if the next episode has him clearing his throat to reveal his real voice like you guys had LK do. :P

Ha ha ha, that is hilarious. I was all ready to HATE the new Frieza voice, but I'm definitely fine with this one, it IS a creepy voice.

And all the sub fans were looking towards something completely different.

High 5 for Sabat yet again.

I don't think it's THAT bad... definitely a lot creepier than Newstone and Young's

It sounds really Alienlike as well

but yeah we should really wait until monday where Frieza gets full dialogue

The Dragon Balls give DBZKai Frieza a feeling that resembles joy. He wants to caress them.
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

Welp, that was fun, FUNimation. Shit, you might as well have kept it underwraps and let us all just find out. This is not a "new" voice.

I'll wait until I've heard more than a line and a small laugh to form an opinion.

Guys, guys they accidentally played a Saban dub episode! Didn't you notice Vegeta's badly painted blue boxers too? I sure hope somebody got fired for THAT blunder!

This new voice makes me feel something that resembles joy, I want to caress it I think...

Well... that was a huge pile of disappointment. I mean, you'd think with all the hype they were making for it, the voice would sound at least somewhat different...

Still, an accurate (or at least somewhat accurate) dub on TV is enough to keep me watching. Also, there is a sliver of hope in hoping that Freeza's voice gets altered for his transformations...

I'd take Linda Young over that but it was only one line I guess.

See, even though I was slightly disappointed by Linda Young being replaced and have to admit it's funny seeing the replacement disappointment the high expectations of people who were happy to hear the news of Young being replaced...it still comes at a cost - the voice is worse than what we had before, so even though you can laugh and say, "Take THAT, subbies!" you still have to deal with the fact that what you have now is utter shit.

I dunno, I find it somewhat promising. It's certainly better than Linda Young's version, and actually sounds simply somewhat androgynous and alien rather than just... "wrong." That's what I was expecting, even if it still sounded similar.

The fact that it does sound similar is disappointing, but not so much to be a deal-breaker. I'll wait to hear more and give it a fair chance.

'Course, this is also just one line. The voice is one thing, but time will tell how the performance fares.

I'm kind of glad that happened, I feel like all the Sub people were OVER celebrating the lack of Linda Young's Frieza and we have this voice now, I love it, it's a more subtle creepy voice.

I like that voice, so I'm alright with it. Especially overcoming the "Take that Dubbies" over the past few weeks.

Oh, don't get me wrong. It's still better than Linda Young's Freeza.
