Couldn't think of anywhere else to place it (I considered the interesting or funny picture thread but it didn't seem fit), and I really wanted to use that quote.

I'm keeping it here because Chi-Chi's chichis in this art looks awfully big here (bigger than they usually are) but that's probably just me.
