Oh dammit, did I knew the PS3 is region free, I wouldn't bother with XBOX and played Raging Blast 2 imported from Japan aeons ago..... UURRRGH!

Is the Vita region free too? If so I'll have no idea what I'm doing on two systems.

Your comment makes no sense. For starters, assuming those were beyond the limitations of the PS3(they're really not) there is still something called pre rendered models. However, we are kind of past that and honestly I don't see anything posted that the PS3 couldn't do.

The Vita is region free. I'm pretty sure the PS3 is still region lock from what I can remember.

PS3 isn't region locked, I've ordered games from the UK, Hong Kong and America and they've all worked just fine.

The PS3 isn't locked, but developers can region lock specific things, such as Persona 4: Arena, or even more recently the Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance demo on the Japanese PSN.

This is hardly any evidence that Naruto is in because the picture quality upscaled to a higher resolution only looks even worse and more blurrier.

That yellow hair thingy could be Teen Naruto but the image makes it doubtful.

As far as we can tell, the big reveal on the 17th is going to be the same stuff that was revealed in the upcoming issue of Weekly Shonen Jump... which comes out on Monday the 17th.

There's no release date announced yet, and I haven't seen any retailers toss it up for pre-order, either.

Yup that's Naruto (Shippuden) you can tell from the color scheme, but more obviously the way he is running. I would be surprised if he wasn't in this game anyways.

You can pretty much bet money lead characters from currently running series will be here. I'd even go as far to say the voting is a marketing scheme to gauge interest. Sure, they'll look at them, but if by some miracle Naruto gets zero votes, they're still gonna throw him in.

And yeah, that's clearly him in the corner of that image.

Well that's why they wont leave them up to votes.

I'd say the top four characters from the main manga will make it in. The thing is that IF Naruto gets zero votes the logic is that he's an obvious choice. From Naruto people will vote for their favourite non-main character. Perhaps Shikamaru or Itachi. This voting scheme is probably just to decide who gets priority rather than who is included.

Naruto wasn't official revealed as being a character in the game. Only Goku, Luffy and Toriko are used in promotional material.
