Well if there is a reasonably priced alternative, I can try that. Are you referring to the Japanese Dragon Box? If so I wouldn't be getting that because I watch my anime dubbed. It's a practicality thing because I can't see that well. But if there is another good English language release, I can try it out.

The only alternatives would be the old long-since out-of-print singles, or yes, the Dragon Box. And while there are some pros to those old singles, (next-episode-previews, unfiltered image whereas the Green Bricks are somewhat blurred to get rid of the grain, if one is watching the Japanese version one also gets the Japanese credits and title-cards, which were omitted entirely on the Bricks) they also suffered from poor video-encoding, and did not have the option to watch the dub with the Japanese soundtrack.

So, it's only slightly Dragon Ball related, but while I was browsing Amazon for something else, I noticed that the cheaper copies of a few other things I'd been needing to pick up were about to be gone, so I went ahead and did an order I hadn't been planning on just yet. And so, this little gem of a game is on it's way to me at long last.

So uh why is Goku in his SSJ3 Kid form from GT, if this is based off manga publications?

What? That photo looks exactly like the drawing out of the complete illustrations except without the halo. Idk if that was a joke about a non-dragon ball character :?

That's awesome!
It's nice to get a better idea of how big Trunks really would be with his muscles pumped up to their limit.

Is that Gohan on the bottom left? :P

On-topic: Been looking around to pre-order Xenoverse (PS4) but no real solid deal so far (there is one but the retailer hasn't confirmed if it comes with the Steelbook + DLC).

Gamestop is the cheapest I found for PS4 , £ 39.97 inc free delivery, but I am not sure weather I want to buy this day one or not.

Was going to post about this yesterday after I made the order, but as I'm sure a lot of other people noticed, the site seemed to go down for a while. :P That aside, I put in an order to RightStuf to hopefully get in my girlfriend's Christmas gifts on time, but also managed to score some stuff for myself thanks to a Viz sale that was going on.

Dragon Ball: VizBig 2
Dragon Ball: VizBig 4
Dragon Ball: VizBig 5
Dragon Ball Z: VizBig 3
Cowa!
Sand Land

Toriyama all the things? Toriyama all the things! I already have the 1st and 3rd VizBigs for Dragon Ball, so now I'll have all of that portion of the manga in VizBig format; I also already have the 1st and 2nd 'Z' VizBig, so I'm well on my way to eventually having all of those too. And the other two, while not strictly related, go along with my wanting to have everything we've gotten released over here by Toriyama. Which...I think pretty much just leaves Jaco when it finally comes out, doesn't it? Er, barring the rest of Slump, which I do also need to get.

You should check out Kirbopher's recent 'Kirblogs', he talks about TTTE rather extensively in one of them (I think it was the 'Media that use to scare you' one- or something to that effect).
Yup, was in London a few weeks ago x3 Yup, I watched the Kirblog when it came out!

I never realised they did release it all. I mean I'd see a one-off DVD with a few random episodes now and again, didn't know they did complete series sets.
They do/did come out, but just in the UK :P The US doesn`t have any "Complete Series" DVDs, except for season 1, 2, 3 and 12, I believe.

Those Gashapon look amazing. I love the HBG ones. Especially that SSJ3 Gogeta. He looks intense.

A cel from September at Anime Weekend Atlanta...got it for $20

Despite the incorrect background it was well worth $20 (the frame is just what I had lying around I still need to get it properly matted but it'll do for now)

Also...gave into the Kanzenshuu peer pressure and got Dragon Box One a while back...and then just had to get the others!

Got all those bad boys for a steal on eBay (around $60 per box  ) I think with that my shelf is complete...well until the next big thing, I guess...
