Been picking up Viz's digital releases of the manga on vizmanga.com since their holiday sale started ($5 per volume), so far I've got everything up to the end of Cell (DB 1-16 + "DBZ 1-19" [17-35]).

Will probably wait a little bit to get the last 7 volumes. One Piece 73 comes out on the 6th, and the sale is supposed to last until the 15th, so I might as well time it to coincide with that.

I forgot to mention that my last three VizBigs for DBZ came in the other day, and today my Barnes & Noble order (part of it at least) came in, complete with Jaco the Galactic Patrolman...so now I've got all of the manga! Ahhh. Collection completion. It feels so nice.

Flipping through the Jaco volume, was there not a volume commentary type thing from Toriyama for this? I'm not seeing it anywhere in the front or the back.

Is the jaco book an English release?

Yup, it's the official English release from Viz. It's due to be released Jan. 6, so I guess Barnes & Noble also ships stuff early sometimes like RightStuf does.

Most recent thing I got was this nifty light up dragon ball (No lights right now, battery needs to be changed.) Replacements of my Legacy of Goku games (Got stolen.) and the best Broly figure ever! I call him Broly Jr.
Going on hiatus. Too much stuff in RL to deal with for me to keep up with posts here for now. Was fun, hope you all have a nice day and future! Volt signing off.

Hi, would you mind posting more pictures of the Spanish Full color manga? I would like to see the sides, back and a little bit of the inside. I want to see how close it looks to the original japanese version.

thanks!

Quick comparison of DB Full Color Japanese and Spanish editions for you, @nicolas_3d

The quality of the paper is excellent in both editions and as you can see they are almost exactly the same. Of course, Popo has red lips and nothing is censored on the Spanish edition.

I hope you like this post.

Finally got around to opening my Spanish Chogashuu. Ordered it for Christmas, but it came late so I saved it for my birthday.

Man, if this is the Spanish version, the Japanese one must be insanely good quality. Extremely pleased with this purchase, it feels so nice to just hold it. Really high quality release, and it only cost me $49 NZD! The concept sketches underneath the dust cover are really cool and after getting the chance to look at them closer, I actually really like some of Toriyama's later stuff. I noticed his BOG image alludes to a couple of moments in the extended edition; Whis holding an ice cream cone and Mr. Satan pouring Dr. Briefs a drink. I also can't believe that those Kanzenban covers are more than a decade old now! It was cool to finally see them in a physical capacity. I only own Volume 34 of that particular release.

Unfortunately, there are a few downsides to this purchase. I did notice a number of marks throughout the book where the ink didn't print properly and the cardboard sleeve that came with it is a little beaten up; I place most of the blame on Book Depository for that one. Finally, one that I should've seen coming, but 'Bills' is used in this book. :lolno: It is the Spanish release after all.

I picked up Kai Season Three shortly after Christmas so Mom and I can continue our Kai viewing (just finished my Kai Part 4, the last I had for a long time).

Finally decided to purchase DRAGON BALL KAI: COMPLETE SONG COLLECTION and it cost £6.37 ($9.76) so I think this is a pretty good price considering it's the lowest AND brand new factory sealed.

Image

I didn't want the Song Collection because that was missing tracks that the Complete Song Collection has.

Besides this Kai CD, I just have Vol. 1 and 2 left to buy later (I don't care about singles as they end up on meatier releases).
