Dragon Ball GT Re-visited

It's only my idea, not some project, because I'm not capable to do so.
But if maybe someone knows Star Wars Revisited by Adywan, which is actually Episode 4. But the movie is enhanced for new CGI scenes and lot of things and details are repaired (Han shots first etc., Vader's lightsaber is red, not pink) and the movie so far is remastered a lot better then Lucasfilm did. So I was thinking and realized, that there is possible way to do the same with GT. Reducing the plotholes as far as it is possible (like Gohan not turning into SSJ but turn him into Mystic, or Goku after transforming to SSJ4 without clothes etc.) and redone some of the art. It's not impossible even to draw some new scenes. What are you think?
