If I was to produce some sort of Dragon Ball animation it'd have to be something dealing with Goku going to the DC universe. Not to brawl it out with you know who but just have him be apart of some Justice League or something. He'd get to travel around the universe fighting powerful people and do a whole lot of people some good. It'd be a dream come true for him. I've also wanted to see him team up with Supes and duke it out with some really powerful bad guys.

I would want to do a back story of a character who's past is unexplained; Ten, Yamcha, even something more along the comical lines such as Satan or the Ginyu Force.

For humor: NMZ and the 29th budokai (Satan freaking out over Boo losing somehow, meaning he'll have to fight Thunderbolt).

For action: a remake of the 28th budokai, in which we see the whole tournament fought out. Goku leaving with Uub wouldn't happen until the finals.

For classic DBZ goodness: Something to do with the Demon Realm, taking place at any point after the Boo saga (post-28th budokai or before), but preferably sooner than later; when the Demon Realm realizes that the King (Dabura) is dead.

Well, you say a DBZ animated movie. I have no idea.
Maybe a new opponent comes.
It's kinda hard to make a new one since in DBZ everyone are pretty much at their peaks.
It would probably be a movie where they ger visitors from a parallel universe and meet their evil clones.
I know this "evil clone" thing has been done with Tullece, but he isn't Goku.

Well, in the paralell universe, everything is the opposite. Hell is stronger than heaven. The universe is ruled justly though, but goodness is considered pathethic and weak.

The events went on the same there, but Freeza and the others are good people, conquering planets to spread their love

.
Goku defeats him, and so on and so on.

Anyway, the only way to stop their evil counterparts (who by the way are a bit stronger, evil people are always stronger because of their evil) is to actually kill them.
The ones to kill the other are the ones to live in the normal universe, since there is no way back.
So our heroes have a hell of a time to restore the order.

Something like that.
No new enemies, just recycling.

I would focus on the history of the Saiyan's and the build up of relationship with Vegeta and Bulma. - If you can call it that. It would also feature lots of humorous filler such as Roshi and Launch!

That would make for an excellent Jump Festa short (5-20 mins)! Especially if Vegeta is turning to Roshi for dating advice while Bulma turns to Lunch.

What? No way. Those two get too much airtime as it is. Gohan and Videl deserve it more.

LOL, and what kind of dating advice would they be giving?

Roshi: First, you slap her on the ass. Then, you stick your face between her breasts and go "pafu pafu!" Now, she might slap you and walk away at that point, and if she does, she's not worth the trouble. Just go back to your pile of dirty magazines *dirty old man laugh*

That wpuld be tres cool! I was so disappointed that Vegetto only appeared for a short time. Yeah, 70 minute movie about Vegetto would blow your head away if I were to produce it.
