I'm still hoping for a home console release soon. The chances are that the console verison will have some type of story mode, and more characters.

Anywho, this game looks awesome! Cha-La Head-Cha-La was nice to hear in something new as well.
This will never not be my sig:

I can't believe this is on-topic.

First, I just want to say that arcade games these days are more or less much better than console games. Second, chances are that unless this is ported to consoles, chances are it won't come stateside. Americans don't usually know good things when they see 'em, so they give arcade titles no respect.

Arcades are pretty much dead in the US. Seeing that I work at a movie theatre, I would love to see this game get released at the Arcade center at my job. I doubt anyone would play it though.

I'm telling you right now, if I lived in Japan that arcade machine would eat up all my quarters...or whatever the Japanese equivalent is.

That costume editor looks really cool. This game looks so frickin awesome. I hope to see something like that in a big game like Raging Blast.

Wasn't the costume editing for the DS game, or am I mixing threads? :?

I highly doubt that this game is coming to America. Do I have any proof? No, just speculation...but Japan has a knack for not bringing over Arcade games I want to play. If it doesn't come Stateside then you guys can blame me and my horrible luck. I won't hold it against anybody.

Well as far as I know, the past few arcade games were card based. That's probably the reason they didn't make it state side. Before that(unless I'm mistaken) it was Super DBZ, which I have a copy of. Since this doesn't look like it will be card based there is a good chance it's coming. However I could be wrong with my facts and assumptions, so I'm asking the more well informed(and there are plenty of you out there) to please correct me/back me up. :)

I'm pretty sure it will be ported for the PS3, and 360 soon. It would be a silly thing not to do, and these games still make money.

True. But still, having them as arcade games first are better because the arcade experience beats playing games at home, in most cases. Nonetheless, chances are it'll be ported somehow. The same guys who developed the Gundam games for the arcades are behind this, yes? Those were ported, so chances are this might be too.

The animations remind me of DC Universe Online.

Been a while since I'v seen it, so I've given the trailer another look.
I simply do not like the art direction of the game. The characters really do just look like animated toys, they just look lifeless.

I can't believe it's out in three days and we still don't know any of the roster past the initial trailer. In this day and age where entire casts are leaked or posted on the official website, this is both a blessing and a curse.
Battle High 2, starring Kyle Hebert as well as myself, has been released on Xbox 360, OUYA, PC, Linux, Mac, and Xbox One!
