Did anyone ever get any screenshots of that japanese promo of Goku and Vegeta talking about the different features of Budokai 3? I only have a 56k modem so I could only hear the audio to it.
If not, could you tell me what they did show on the screen?

It was all just game footage. A lot of stuff from the opening theme, and some stuff of "Dragon Universe". Nothing like, say, new animation of Goku and Vegeta screaming at each other, or anything ^^.
