We do actually. The fact that Vegeta was un-phased and disappointed in SSJ2 Gohan's power, as well as never taking Dabura (who is equal to Super Perfect Cell) seriously (he was more irritated that Gohan couldn't beat him) suggest that Vegeta was well above any Cell Games character before he got the Majin boost.

Considering the obvious fact Raditz is a literal dirty coward at heart, if Appule is indeed stronger than him, Raditz will use any underhanded means to at the least try to win the battle. However, the member of the known Planet Trade Organization of the Seventh Universe known as Appule should be the one to actually be the winner of this confrontation, unless Raditz is able to turn into a Great Ape and win in a very brief scuffle.

Super Buu (Ultimate Disappointment Absorbed) and Kid Buu (Base Form) would have to absorb Super Vegito and Demon God Salsa respectively to even survive a battle against this very mighty incarnation of Full Power Super Saiyan Son Goku.
