But seriously, why can't Arale-chan be in it? Without her, Toriyama's job as a manga author/artist would've gone down the crapper (meaning, without her, no Dragonball Z)

IGN seems to think
Arale is in it.
They say "not officially announced," but Ichigo wasn't "officially announced," yet he has been seen in several screenshots.

Well... Dr. Mashirito was in the comic for the game, so I assume it's quite possible.
