Maxing your character in B3

I just defeated every character in Dragon Arena with my custom Yamcha and I'm wondering if there's any possible way to max out your character's stats to all 20s like the last tier of Arena opponents. I was hoping against hope that by beating all those guys stronger than me they'd let me finish my stats at the end and then, finally, game over.

I searched Google before posting this, but I only saw save downloads. Does anybody know how or if it's even possible?

Sorry to say, Aremke, but you can't. Well, if you have a cheating device, you might. But, you might not wanna do that.

It's impossible. I beliver the last level is 99. So you can only max out 4 stats and have one stat at 19 if you did it like that. You can also spread them around. But you only have 99 level ups and 7x20=140=/=99.
