In 2008 Toru Furuya, the voice of Yamcha, released an album called Heroes ~ to my Treasure ~. In this interview, he mentions that he wrote a lot of the songs based on characters he has voiced, including Yamcha. I found the song on youtube. Thoughts on this?

So "Wolf Hurricane" was 1987 and this was 2008.

21 years later and sounds the exact same.

Naw, Yamcha's pretty cool for a gag character. He's probably the coolest character till Trunks comes along. I think anyways.

Oh wow, that's AWESOME. Thanks for the share, that's definitely something I wish I had heard sooner.

Reading the lyrics as it plays though, it's a pretty sad song in some ways. Hopeful, but sad.

Very cool find dude. This song is very good and you can feel that Yamcha vibe in it. I'm unclear on what Ookami means though.
Edit: Nevermind, it means Wolf.
