Did any countries beside Japan and America released Dragon Ball Steelbooks?

The Battle of Gods Steelbook looks okay not as good as the FUNimation Steelbooks (or the RB/XV Steelbooks) and it's way too overpriced for a Steelbook so I'll pass on the Battle of Gods Steelbook.
