Isnt it a defensive move only? Is he going to get x10 or whatever more power with the Silver hair?

And why? Did Whis say that UI gives xTimes power boost?

I'm so confused and annoyed. Yes its a kids show but it should make sense. I watched Naruto, it made sense.

Well, it was confirmed in 128 that goku is now in touch with the attack portion of Ultra Instinct. That’s why he hits harder.

Its actually silver haired omen. The ssg looking version isn’t the one that’s going to be used, it’s yamamuros version.

Hmm don't know. But in the preview he also has this "heat" or aura. That doesn't make sense. If its mastering of Ultra Instinct there should not be ani heat anymore.

BTW isnt this form not what Toriyama was talking about back in the days: I wanted Goku's new form to have white hair but it will clash with the next enemy, so I will save it for later!

It's actually silver haired base Goku. People seem to forget that SSG was not really supposed to be skinny.

I seriously hope Toyo uses the actual design. I vastly prefer it to Yamamuro's, specially with the blue aura. Also, if the only actual changes are the hair color and the eyes the foreshadowing of UI that this arc had in the manga will be even better.

Uh, there was Great Ape, Piccolo transforming into a Giant, etc. So yes, there was a transformation in the original Dragon Ball, unless we're watching two different shows.

I can go on, but there were also a substantial amount of transformation in the original Dragon Ball. The number of transformations only exploded in Z.

In history of dragon ball z every arc had a new transformation besides the saiyen arc. In Super there are 5 arc's with a total of 3 new transformation. Not counting Trunks beserk and Vegeta Hyper blue (no official statement that it is done by Toriyama. Also UI is part of Mastered UI so I am only counting mastered UI as a new form.

Technically originally ssj god was part of Blue and ssj god was not use anymore but somehow they did.
