Missing instances of insert songs in Theme Guide

I'm looking at this guide, and it appears it is missing a couple of instances of insert songs being played. Kuchibue no Kimochi was also played in episode #107 of DBZ, in the montage of 260 days being skipped, and Don't You See! was played in episode #39 of DBGT, in the scene where Baby's victims get purified.
