I sold mine along with my Wii a while back, but I may hunt down a PS2 copy one of these days.

Crap... I have to tie this into Dragon Ball somehow...

Um... it grinds my gears that the tournament had such a weak start, I guess.
Retired.

Y'know, I agree that SS hair tends to look pretty bad in new material, mostly because it looks more like an assortment of plastic blocks than hair. However, I think the SS3 hair, while lacking in the fierceness of the original, is a valid take.

This screenshot is from the BoG movie, but I think it's a fair representation of the form's modern look as a whole.
For me the biggest gripe is the colouring even in that shot you give the colour seems "off" especially like I said aura-less just too unappealing you are right SS3 is the best of the 3 but it is rarely used. I yearn to see more flowly SSGSS hair like Toriyama drew, hopefully this new form has better hair design by Yamamuro, as much as he is improving he probably ain't gonna re-do designs but a new transformation fingers crossed.

Eh, I always disliked when they made Super Saiyan essentially incredibly stiff hair that never moves. I've always been a sucker for when it was wavy, and looked more natural.

This picture helps as a visual reference for my point.

Although I prefer the Toriyama image, Toyotarou's looks really good as well.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

This is a Dragon Ball forum and 90% of users have Dragon Ball-related avatars and at least a third of those avatars are of Goku. Just thinking about all that...gah....it really grinds my gears. It pops my stones. It is rubbing my scallops. It is sauteing my mushrooms.

Fans adamant mindset torwards the concept of "weak" characters being able to either hurt or beat "strong" characters.
Dragon Ball was always a kid series and fans should stop being in denial.

It's mostly used for comedy anyway like chi chi or blooma getting mad at goku, but goku getting scratched by a bullet at this point in the story is a bit much.

Uh... no? Goku and Vegeta are the only ones with Blue, no reason to think anyone else will get the form. If they were eager for all Saiyans to get the Blue transformation, they would've taken the opportunity with Trunks.

...I was making a joke. I do admit I should have made it more specific, and rereading my post it is hard to distinguish that is the case. So, I apologize for that being the case. Making sure that this won't be completely off topic from this thread at hand, I do suppose that what Grinds my Gears now days is Yamamuro's character designs.

But her actyally pulling of the transformation is not guaranteed...What makes you think otherwise?

You know, I originally intended that as a joke, but with the recent spoilers I'm not so sure now:
Image
Also, these are major spoilers for episode 99, and 100

The fanbase jumping to conclusions based off of tiny bits of info without context grinds my gears.
It doesn't say she gets it though, it says that Kale goes Berserk while Caulifla is "training" to go Blue.

I understand that fact, but considering the fact that right here, and right now its a possibility, however small that she'll get it. Heck, it even seems like its build up for Caulifla to gain the state.
This fanbase being so petty and spiteful really grinds my gears.
