In all fairness I've never followed a Simulcast ever. I had read an hour after it started in Japan thus 9 pM and that probably is what confused me and everyone else.

No it has not, it may have been an hour and 12 minutes since it started airing, but there is still 15 minutes to go until an hour had passed since it finished airing.

Is anyone else not getting subtitles? Not a huge issue, as this is usually how I watch the series anyway, but I'd like to know if I'm missing a setting.

They're going all-in on FUNimation dub terms and names. That ... is moderately off-putting, but I'm sure (or hope) FUNimation will do their own subtitle tracks for an eventual home release.

In the Brazilian Crunchyroll site, DBS just disappeared from the line up and when i refresh the page, i occasionally get those error warnings:
