Since he's a perfect mix of the way they both look.

Or would it look like Gogeta?

Wrong! He'd look like Veku!
When someone tells you, "Don't present your opinion as fact," what they're actually saying is, "Don't present your opinion with any conviction. Because I don't like your opinion, and I want to be able to dismiss it as easily as possible." Don't fall for it.

I think their first son would look like Vegetto, the second son like Gogeta, and the third son would look like Cabe because I still theorize he's the son of Universe 6's Prince Vegeta (or King Salad or whatever Vegeta's name ended up being in that universe) and a female Kakarrotto.

If Goku and Vegeta had a baby, it would be a medical miracle.

That's depending on which one is the female?

I'm not a biologist, but I highly doubt Goku and Vegeta could have kids together.

I really don't understand the question here. 2 males can't possibly get a biological child. So such a question is meaningless.

I don't think this a pointless question at all. OP is asking about the particulars of Potara merging, not seriously suggesting that one can get pregnant without a womb. Well, I think so anyway.
I say the answer is no. Children have 50% of each of their parent's DNA. Even if we assume Vegetto has 50% of Goku's DNA and 50% of Vegeta's, then a Goku-Vegeta offspring would be akin to Vegetto's sibling—while the DNA share is always 50-50, the specific DNA that composes each 50% is different. Otherwise, all siblings would be identical to each other.
But of course, Vegetto doesn't necessarily have 50% of each. I'm more inclined to think that (through a magical process that defies science, because c'mon, this is Dragon Ball) Goku and Vegeta's DNA is, well, merged. For instance, "no widow's peak" and "big widow's peak" are merged to form "sort of a widow's peak", as opposed to one or the other being inherited. Fusion results in a guy who is both Goku and Vegeta, rather that a guy who's a bit of both.
In other words, Vegetto has 100% Vegetto DNA!
The real challenge is, taking Gogeta as "canon", trying to reason why the Fusion Dance and Potara merging result in different appearances.

You've got too much detail in that head canon lolChuquita wrote:I think their first son would look like Vegetto, the second son like Gogeta, and the third son would look like Cabe because I still theorize he's the son of Universe 6's Prince Vegeta (or King Salad or whatever Vegeta's name ended up being in that universe) and a female Kakarrotto.

How would a baby be born out of mixing two sperms?
Dragon Ball was always a kid series and fans should stop being in denial.
Re: If Goku and Vegeta had a baby, would it look like Vegetto?
It's impossible for Goku and Vegeta to have a baby, but it's possible for both of them to have a common male ancestor.
So it's very possible there existed a Saiyan identical to Vegetto or Gogeta.
