01 - The Goku / Frieza team up vs Jiren with #17 as backup (from the moment they charge Jiren to the moment they KO him)
02 - Frieza's words with Goku and co after the team meets up with 17
03 - Roshi vs Frost (and his last act which releases Vegeta)
04 - Roshi's full power Kamehameha and speech against Ganos (and Goku's Ki CPR afterwards)
05 - The entire battle of Z Fighters vs Anilaza. Every single frame, from beginning to end.
06 - U9's erasure
07 - God Toppo thrashing Frieza
08 - U10's erasure
09 - Vegeta vs Magetta and Frost
10 - Krillin & 18's team up

Numbered for convenience but in no particular order:

1. The Kamehameha Surf
   I hate the concept of fusion so I found Kafla quite distasteful, but UI Omen Goku vs Kafla was the best in terms of showing off what makes UI exciting and unique.
2. Caulifla and Kale
   It's funny to look back before they debuted and recall that I was worried Caulifla would be verbally abusive towards Kale. I probably still would have liked Caulifla without Kale, but Caulifla's pure and total support of Kale's growth made me love her.
3. Caulifla and Goku
   It seems to me like most people agree there's a lot of compelling potential between these two. Differing thoughts on just what that potential is; I've seen it said that she makes for a better wife than Chi-Chi, a better child than Gohan, and a better apprentice than Oob. Whatever the case, I loved watching them.
4. Goku and 18/17
   Goku at ease flanked by his would-be murderers. Goku's enemies becoming his allies never gets old for me.
5. Goku and Freeza
   Every scene they interacted in was fantastic. I was worried we wouldn't get a proper team up with them in the ToP. It's unfortunate that Freeza will be returning to his Stupid Evil ways, for he'll never be this cool again.
6. Roshi and Goku
   It's good to have a reminder of the importance of their relationship.
7. Beerus's hope and faith in Goku
   He's coming. It's rather trite to see the old cast talk about their trust in Goku, but it still feels special when Beerus does it. His refusal to believe Goku was dead was very touching to me.
8. Goku and Zeno
   The childlike exuberance is infectious, and they're very cute together.
9. 17 interrupting the moment
   Just funny.

1 - 17's entire participation in the tournament. Really I'm not able to get it down to a single one.
2 - Freeza/Goku vs. Jiren
3 - Kame's plight while overmatched on power
4 - Hit vs. Jiren
5 - Toppo's participations; he was by far the most interesting new character introduced for the arc IMO.
6 - Vegeta's moving decision into forging his own path to power
7 - U7 vs. Anilaza
8 - Caulifla's development and Kefla's reckless power
9 - Ribrianne's sheer breath of fresh air
10 - Freeza's scheming and the fact the most odious being in all of the tournament was part of "our" universe

There was a lot of good stuff this arc. Cool moments, great character pair-ups.

- Toppo crushing Freeza
- Goku and Freeza teaming up

- Gohan and Goku eliminating Universes 6 and 2 at the same time
- Goku beating the shit out of Jiren after he tried to kill his friends
- Literally anything with Android 17

There were plenty of other great moments, but these were the ones that stood out the most. Roshi freeing Vegeta from the Mafuba gets a very honourable mention.

Goku finally mastering Ultra Instinct - Such a great moment, the silver glow around his body slowing peeling away and Goku looking so cool as he stands over Jiren shirtless. Gah!

Goku vs Jiren in #130 - This fight lived up to expectations and then some, wow. Easily the best fight in the entire series.

Goku, Freeza and 17 vs Jiren - #17 being the ki guy as Goku and Freeza rush Jiren was fantastic and seeing them two KO Jiren was all kinds of satisfying and that's something I thought I'd never need to see!

Jiren vs Goku R1 - It just bleeded atmosphere and seeing Goku go through each form helped show how strong Jiren actually is!

#17's "sacrifice" - What more needs to be said, showed how great a character he'd been this tournament.

Freeza, Gohan fake out vs Frost - This is Freeza! It was at this moment I was glad Freeza was here and seeing Frost go mad and get erased was great (gosh darn he's back).

Vegeta vs Toppo - The battle of ideals and our Prince came on top!

Goku getting "Omen" for the first time - Just seeing his own reactions to it and seeing through is eyes and seeing that heat.

"Omen" Goku vs Kalfa - That KMH was too good!

Goku crying over Roshi - When was the last time we got that much emotion out of Goku?
