I'm not sure if you misunderstood what it said or you're really trying to spread misinformation here. The person in question says the team was sent by someone on Mignogna's side in response to them defending the victims.

Which I'm actually more likely to be skeptical of, given that it's three shots of a door and there's no information about the person posting it, even if it would not surprise me. There's not even anything to gain from that. You can and should blame plenty of things on Vic, but people swatting each other is a type of horrible exclusive to the people who do it.
