Faithful enough. I do wonder how he'd have colored/clothed him though, given his vibrant and bizarre color schemes/outfits.

He kinda reminds me of Astro Boy for some reason, not sure if anyone else sees it.

I see that too, it's the shape of the eyes and the eyelashes (IMO).

I think he looks more like Koichi Hirose IMO.

Wasn't Koichi's design inspired by Cell arc Gohan?

I'm not sure, but it looks like it.

I can definitely say that Koichi's Stand Echoes (an early design at least) was inspired by DB's Cell.
