Who deserves and should to train under their GoD and Angels

All of the cast as far as I'm concerned. Especially if there's two demon babies ruling the cosmos demanding tournaments every so often.

Umigame. He has the lowest power level among anyone but he's old & wise enough to understand what the responsibility of having all that power means. Imagine seeing an Umigame from an alternate timeline being Beerus' replacement in SDBH? The attack name of Turtle Destruction Wave would have such a literal meaning coming from him.

Perhaps not so much a question of "deserving", but I feel Champa and Vados should probably do something about Kale. Seems both a risk and a waste having that much (self-)destructive power running around in their Universe without it being channelled in a more structured way.

In Universe 7 I would say Piccolo and Gohan, they are both stronger than RoF Goku and Vegeta. Piccolo and Gohan are both willing to train hard, when the times comes. I know Gohan can sometimes slacks, but Whis does say it is important to rest when there is a opportunity.
Future Trunks is another choice. There is also Broly.

In Universe 6 there is Hit, Kale and Caulifla.
In Universe 11 there is Jiren.
