Dragon Ball Z board game with sound FX

Turns out this one came out 2009. Anyone got more info on this? Apparently, it is called 激戰超戰士 天下一武道會. Tried googling and couldn't find much.

It's Gekisen Chou-senshi Tenkaichi Budoukai and I took a picture of the box and used Google lins to look for all matchs I any place that has it for sale it's sold out
