Could Uub be the character with the most potential to be the most powerful?

Why is Goku so interested in Uub and why does he want to train him personally? i think Uub has the potential to be one of the most powerful characters in Dragon Ball maybe he can use Ultra Instinct or achieve a new transformation? i want to know more of Canon Uub because GT Uub was a bit disappointing

Buu can copy attacks and other techniques. So imagine if Uub could do if he copies Master UI.
