Janemba First form or second? First form seems smarter than Kid Buu, being able to at least say it's name but the second one... Equal?

Actually Kid Buu can speak I think.
I say they are the same in IQ. But still, Kid Buu learned the star-teleportation.

Buu seems smarter when it comes to learning moves, Janemba (2nd form especially) seems more "cunning" a fighter. Sort of the difference between Goku and Piccolo.

Well Janemba had his own version of I'm and i think anyone can use any attack in the series by doing the movements and stuff.
Kid Buu was more childish and was goofing around with wierd attaks and Janemba sliced and diced everything until Vegeta came around.
